An abandoned industrial manufacturing building constructed by The General Silk Importing Co. circa 1919 +/- was successfully acquired by Venture Equity Partners in 2014 and has completed the entitlement process. Labeled South Market Loft Company, it will be a market catalyst within the East Side Redevelopment Plan as a Transit Oriented Development. The project features 63 river facing Live/Work loft-style units and an open production facility facing a public river walk and open river views.
